This website is operated by Nectar Biotech Sdn Bhd, trading as Honey Ritual ("we", "us", "our"), 14 Jln Sinar Bakri 2, Pusat Perniagaan Sinar Bakri, Bukit Bakri, 84200 Muar, Johor, Malaysia. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and descriptions

We describe our honey as accurately as we can, including laboratory measurements of its composition. Laboratory results refer to the tested batch only. Colour, viscosity and taste vary naturally between harvests. Product images are representative; the pack you receive may differ slightly in appearance.

No medical claims

Information on this site describes the composition of a food product. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Our honey contains bee products and is not suitable for infants under 1 year of age. If you are pregnant, managing a medical condition or taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your diet.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless another currency is selected, and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers; we do not store your card details.

Orders and delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and the Honey Ritual name — belongs to Nectar Biotech Sdn Bhd unless stated otherwise. UKF™ and Unique Kelulut Factor™ are trademarks of the UKF Association and are used under its certification scheme.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
