Shipping Policy

All orders are packed and dispatched from Muar, Johor, Malaysia.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected by the courier.

Malaysia

Peninsular Malaysia — RM 8.00 flat rate. Usually delivered within 1–3 working days.
Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan — RM 15.00 flat rate. Usually delivered within 3–7 working days.
Free shipping on all Malaysian orders over RM 150.00.

International

We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Delivery typically takes 7–21 working days depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are levied once the parcel reaches the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.

Packaging

Glass jars are wrapped and boxed for transit. If your order arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and its contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
