Every batch is graded against the four UKF™ biomarkers by an accredited independent laboratory. We don't publish the figures. The certificate for your batch — every parameter, every method, on the lab's own letterhead — is released on request and watermarked to you, so we know who holds it. Tell us who you are and we'll send it.

Trehalulose anchors the system — the marker found almost exclusively in stingless bee honey. Grades run from UKF 5+ through UKF 30+, and the grade is set by the lowest qualifying marker, so a honey has to perform across all four. The scale, the thresholds and the governance of the standard are published by the certifying body at ukf.org.my.
We do not publish our results. The certificate for the batch you hold is released on request and includes:
- The measured figure for each of the four UKF biomarkers, with the method used
- Full microbiology — aerobic plate count, coliforms, E. coli, yeast and mould, S. aureus, Salmonella
- Where tested: moisture, ash, sugar profile, pH and heavy metals screening
- Sample reference, testing period and the laboratory's signatures
Why we don't publish the numbers: a figure lifted from a web page can be pasted onto anyone's label, and premium kelulut is among the most counterfeited honey in the market. The certificate is the evidence, not the number — so we release the document itself, watermarked with the recipient's name and the date, and we keep a record of who holds it. It stays free, and we send it to anyone who asks and tells us who they are.
